How do I make a return?

To request a return and/or exchange, click on the following button:

For your request, you will need :

  1. Your order number starting with PA ;
  2. The e-mail address linked to the initial order.

Once you have made your request, the return label will be available directly on your screen and will be sent to you by e-mail.

Exchanges are free of charge, returns on the other hand are at your expense; they will be deducted from the final refund (excluding defective items)*.


Have you received the items I returned?

Your returns/exchanges will be processed as soon as we receive them.
Your exchange or refund will be processed immediately.

How long after I've received my order can I return it?

You have 15 days to change your mind and return the item in its original condition.


Will you refund shipping costs if I return an item?

In the case of a return, we will refund the shipping costs if, and only if, the item is defective*. In this case, please contact our customer service department.


How long will it take to get my money back?

Refunds are made within 15 days of the date the return is received by our warehouse, provided all the conditions mentioned in the returns procedure are met.
